Aikido, this is a modern Japanese Martial Art. Training is used to develop character by teaching sensitivity to timing, space and intention, with a clear mind that is not angry or afraid.

The chief instructor is Dave Marlow (Godan in rank; 5 degrees black belt).  In addition to our core instructors, we also use our senior students as instructors which brings many flavors and skill levels to the facility. Ages 14 through adult are welcome. New students are given one on one instruction until they are comfortable in our regular class environment. We are a very friendly group of practitioners and help is always available so that students feel comfortable in the training environment.
